Shipping policy
O'Here ("we" and "us") is the operator of (https://ohere.sg) ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
General
Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfil all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfil the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the back-ordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.
This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer. In case we provide multiple options, you are responsible to check the correct shipping option that meets your needs.
Delivery Terms
Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
For the standard shipping option:
- Your order/s will be delivered to you in 2-4 working days.

For shipping to Sentosa Island & Tuas addresses, please select the following shipping option during checkout.

Please note that an additional surcharge of $15.00 on top of the standard shipping fee of $3.99 is applicable.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Jurong island and Changi airport addresses.
For the premium shipping option:
- Your order/s will be delivered to you within 24 hours. Please note that this service is currently not available on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).

For premium shipping orders placed on Fridays, please order before 11 AM to receive your orders within 24 hours. Should the order be placed after 11 AM, delivery will commence on the following Monday. Should the following Monday falls on a public holiday, your order will be delivered on the next working day.

For shipping to Sentosa Island & Tuas addresses, please select the following shipping option during checkout.

*Due to the nature of the expedited shipping, cancellation of premium shipping orders will automatically incur a cancellation charge + shipping surcharge (Please refer to cancellation policy)
For the pickup option:
Pickup is available from Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5PM and Sat 9AM - 12PM (excluding public holidays).
Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a Whatsapp message to notify you of the collection.
Kindly show us your confirmation email at our pickup point to collect your order.
Please pick up your order within 14 days from the date of the collection notice.
Please note that orders not picked up after 14 days from the date of the collection notice will be automatically cancelled, and an admin fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your order payment.
Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 2 - 7 days
Dispatch Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of payment of the order
Our warehouse operates on Monday - Friday from 9AM - 5PM and Saturday from 9AM to 12PM, except on public holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Change Of Delivery Address
For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched. Please contact us at service@ohere.sg
Items Out Of Stock
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items and dispatch the rest of the order.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us at service@ohere.com.sg so that we can conduct an investigation
Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Duties & Taxes
Sales Tax
Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and O'Here encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to O'Here at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Cancellations
For Shipping Option:
If you change your mind, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the delivery is scheduled
*Due to the nature of the expedited shipping, cancellation of premium shipping orders will automatically incur a cancellation charge + shipping surcharge.
Once the delivery has been scheduled for an order, a cancellation surcharge of $6.99 + shipping fee charge (Standard Shipping: $3.99 - $18.99 | Premium Shipping: $14.99 - $29.99 | Complimentary Shipping: $3.99, dependent on the shipping option selected) will occur for any cancellation request.
If an order has been dispatched, we will no longer be able to accept a cancellation of the order.
For Pickup Option
We are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been packed.
Once the order has been packed a cancellation fee of $6.99 will occur for any cancellation request.
Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
Process for parcel damaged in-transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
Process for parcel lost in transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.
