O'Here is an authorized reseller for all the products on this web store, with support from the brands themselves.

For you, that means guaranteed quality, and full support if something doesn't work out the way you expected.

Yes, they are!

We have the highest inventory levels for the brands we carry here in Singapore!

We are proud to have a 99.8% stocking level, meaning that only twice on every 1000 orders, we have to inform a customer that a product was not in stock. And when that happens we will contact you immediately and work on a solution that suits you best.

About Ordering & Deliveries

We love to keep shopping simple, so store accounts are optional.

You can just fill up your shopping cart and check out, no store account needed.

But with a store account you never have to re-enter your shipping and billing address, and can always check every order you placed here.

• Orders are processed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)

• Orders placed before 11 AM will be processed and packed on the same day.

Deliveries are made from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

You can choose between Standard Shipping and Premium Delivery.

For the Standard Shipping option:

• Your order/s will be delivered to you in 2-4 working days.

• For shipping to Sentosa Island & Tuas addresses,  please select the following shipping option during checkout.

Standard delivery to Sentosa Island (receive in 2-4 working days) - $18.99

Please note that an additional surcharge of $15.00 on top of the standard shipping fee of $3.99 is applicable.

• Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Jurong island and Changi airport addresses.

For the Premium Delivery option:

• Your order/s will be delivered to you within 24 hours. Please note that this service is currently not available on weekends (Saturday & Sunday).

For premium shipping orders placed on Fridays, please order before 11 AM to receive your orders within 24 hours.  Should the order be placed after 11 AM, delivery will commence on the following Monday. Should the following Monday falls on a public holiday, your order will be delivered on the next working day.

• For shipping to Sentosa Island & Tuas addresses,  please select the following shipping option during checkout.

Premium Delivery to Sentosa Island (next day delivery, not available on weekends) - $29.99

Please note that an additional surcharge of $15.00 on top of the premium shipping fee of $14.90 is applicable.

• Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Jurong island and Changi airport addresses.

Yes, Pickup is available from Monday to Friday, 9:00AM - 5:00PM and Sat 9:00AM - 12:00PM (excluding public holidays).

Once your order is ready for collection, you will receive a Whatsapp message to notify you of the collection.

Kindly show us your confirmation email at our pickup point to collect your order.

Yes, we do.

Both Standard Shipping and Premium Delivery are available for destinations at Sentosa / Tuas Island, at an extra fee of $15. Make sure you select the correct delivery option during check out.

No, there are a few restricted zones where our delivery partners have no access.

These are some of those restricted areas: Changi Airport, Cargo Complex, Alps Avenue, PSA Terminal, Army Camps (CMPB, Gombak Base, Airbase, Naval Base, Police HQ, Prison Complex, Police Coast Guard Base, Woodlands & Tuas Checkpoints, Jurong Island) and island areas e.g. Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, Southern Island and Lazarus Island.

Unfortunately, International delivery is not available at the moment.

About Returns

At O’Here!, we have a 7-day return policy, which means you have up to seven days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you have received it in, unused and in its original packaging.

If you are facing an issue with your order that requires a return (For example, the wrong item received or damaged item received), please write to us immediately to allow us to investigate and make things right.

Kindly contact us at service@ohere.sg and provide us with a photo of the item in question along with your purchase details to ensure a timely assessment of your request.

Rest assured that your issues with a defective, damaged, or wrong item will be rectified in a timely manner.

Please note that change of mind returns are not accepted.
